What do you sell?
We’ve built ReGene Sciences around one product: 30 mL sterile bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol), filled in controlled lots so you get the same clean, consistent vial every time.
What is bacteriostatic water?
Bacteriostatic water is sterile water with benzyl alcohol, used as a preservative and solvent with antibacterial properties for research dilution and reconstitution.
How is bacteriostatic water meant to be used?
Bacteriostatic Water or BAC water is labeled and sold for research use only.
Do you ever run out of stock?
Our goal is to keep this product continuously available. We maintain inventory so orders ship from a current tested lot. If we ever expect a disruption, we’ll note it clearly at checkout.
Ordering & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Once payment is confirmed, orders are queued for packing and shipment from our current released lot. We work to dispatch orders promptly, though exact timing can vary with workload and carrier schedules.
How is my order packaged?
Vials are shipped in protective, discreet packaging to help prevent damage in transit.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States.
Do you send tracking details?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow the shipment to your location.
COAs & Testing
How do I look up my COA?
Visit our COA Library page. We display the current shipping lot’s COA, and the lot code on your vial label should match the lot code shown there.
Why is only one COA posted?
Lots change over time, but the product stays the same. To keep things simple and avoid confusion, we show only the current production lot’s COA instead of listing multiple past lots.
What tests are run on each lot?
Each production lot is checked for sterility, pH, and benzyl alcohol concentration before release. The COA summarizes these results.
Use & Safety
Can you help me with a protocol?
While we offer general sterile solution guidance regarding our product, we cannot provide specific
dosing, protocol, or medical instructions. Please follow your internal procedures and consult qualified
professionals.
How should I store my vials safely?
Store the product according to the conditions on the label, protected from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, and contamination. Do not use vials that are damaged, discolored, or past the labeled expiry date.
How long is a vial good after opening?
Multi-dose vials are not meant to be kept indefinitely once they’re opened. National guidance for multi-dose vials generally recommends dating the vial at first puncture and discarding it within 28 days, unless the manufacturer specifies a different period.
After that point, sterility can no longer be assumed—there is effectively no “zero-bacteria” guarantee beyond the 28-day window.
